As the name implies this wonderful restaurant serves an impressive selection of Vietnamese dishes together with a variety of other Asian cuisine. This style of Asian cuisine is more subtle than Thai or Chinese and does not include the fiery spicy food that one associates with Thai cooking. There is less emphasis on hot spices and more on fish sauce and ginger. The appealing décor has a soothing water feature, attractive lanterns and touches of bamboo to enhance the exotic ambience, whilst the open plan kitchen allows you the opportunity to watch the highly professional team of chefs at work.
