There is nothing ordinary about a Hudsons Burger...So much more than a patty and a roll, our burger is more of a culinary art form, but without all that fuss about the way it looks on the plate. What we do create a fuss about is the quality of the ingredients. Let's start with the meat. Only two specialised cuts of house-ground beef are selected, which explains why it doesn't just taste deliciously succulent, but is also nearly 20% leaner than your average burger. And then it's time for the toppings...We source all ingredients locally wherever possible and most of the toppings are handmade on the premises every day. There's something special about freshly roasted garlic mayonnaise or a delectable onion marmalade that caramelises to perfection after eight hours on a slow heat. We're also particularly proud of our unique mint-and-jalapeno salsa recipe. In fact, our menu reveals a great deal about our enthusiasm for new ideas.
