The Fireplace Roadhouse is a traditional roadhouse that was inspired by its sister company Fireplace Roadhouse in Boksburg Since 1958 we have prided ourselves in serving high quality food at affordable prices in an atmosphere that is almost impossible to replicate A lady named Sylvia Kongos opened the very first Fireplace Roadhouse in 1958 in Boksburg In 1981 Manuel Neto bought the business and worked tirelessly to grow it into a roadhouse of choice in the rapidly growing mining town From humble beginnings Manuel went on to successfully open another 3 branches in the preceding years Since then each branch has stayed within the family and the Fireplace Roadhouse has flourished into a successful franchise Since inception we have always believed that the secret to success will always remain
