Dukes opened its doors during the soccer world cup 2010. Dukes single handedly made burgers cool again and brought a whole new level of freshness and originality to Greenside. One of our primary aims is to create a unique experience of flavours and unique combinations. Therefore, even the most regular of patrons always has something new on offer. It was and always will be extremely important that we create, cook, and bake everything in our kitchen. Our kitchen is non-stop: from early morning daily deliveries of meat and vegetables, to the kneading of dough for our freshly baked rolls. We start early with baking fresh dessert pies, to hand cut chips, daily fresh meat, pickling, drying tomatoes and making homemade mayonnaise, and thats just off the top of our heads!
