Cafeen was conceptualised for the businesses owned by Cindy and Craig Drysdale. Initially the space was to be used as a showroom for the various building and design services offered by their respective businesses. The concept developed into a living showroom (Coffee shop) that offers a data base of service providers as well as an information centre for all your home requirements. Cindy has owned and managed a building and renovating business for the last eight years and Craig has a successful kitchen and cupboard business. Initially a section of the building was to be used as a Café to service the local residents. After some concerns were raised about the logistics of running both operations we decided to concentrate on the coffee shop. The name Cafeen was conceptualised to showcase both businesses (Café and coffee) but in the end was chosen solely for the coffee shop.Cafeen has been positively embraced by the local community and draws custom from outlying areas as well.
